Returns and Exchange
- All items are subject to Return and Exchange Except for personal perfumes in case they are opened and used.
- To benefit from return, exchange, and warranty services, original invoice is required.
- Returns and exchange services are available if products are in their original condition with original packaging.
- Please bring all the accessories of the item upon replacement. Note that when there is a malfunction during the replacement, you will not be able to replace it unless you bring a report from the authorized maintenance agent before the replacement process.
- Return is within three (3) days and exchange is within seven (7) days of the date of purchase.
- Promotional item(s) can be returned with the main purchased item if the promotional item is in original condition when purchased, otherwise promotion price will be deducted.
- Item(s) purchased using gift certificate, voucher, or credit card cannot be refunded in cash.
- Accepting shipment from shipping company declares that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and it is sealed upon receiving.
For online orders:
- The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of delivery.
- Return and exchange can be done through any West Story showroom or by contacting us in case there is no West Story showroom in customer city.
- If the customer wants to cancel an order that has been already shipped, returning fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be transferred to the customer
